The ICO receives many requests for representatives to speak at external events.
Due to the increasing number of speaker requests the ICO receives, it is unfortunately not possible to accept all invitations. Our speaking engagements policy explains how we prioritise which invitations we accept.
Please note that during pre-election campaign periods, the communications activities of non departmental public bodies, including the ICO, is restricted. This means we must not undertake any activity which could call into question our political impartiality, and we must ensure public resources are not used for party political purposes.
